I am seeing a charge from Alexa Internet that I don't recognize and I do not have an Alexa account.

If you are seeing a charge you do not recognize and do not have an Alexa account, please send the following information to us at billing [at] and we will take appropriate action.

  • The date of the charge.
  • The amount of the charge.
  • The last 4 numbers of the credit card that the charge is appearing on.
