How do I change the email for my account?

To change the email for your non-Agency account at www.alexa.com

  1. Login to your account at www.alexa.com.
  2. Go to the change email page.
  3. Enter the new email.
  4. Press Save.

After step 4 we'll send you an email to confirm the email change. Make sure to click on the link in that email to complete the change.

Note that Facebook Login accounts can not use the change email page. If you are logged in with Facebook you can only update the email at facebook.com.

 

To change the email for your Agency account at hub.alexa.com

  1. Login to your account at hub.alexa.com.
  2. Go to the My Profile page.
  3. Click the pencil icon   next to the email field.
  4. Enter your new email and re-enter your account password.
  5. Press OK.

After step 5 we'll send you an email to confirm the email change. Make sure to click on the link in that email to complete the change.
