If you would like to delete your alexa.com account and do not have an active subscription, you can submit a support request.
If you would like to submit a deletion request under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you can submit a request here: https://www.alexa.com/ccpa.
Note that upon account deletion, you will no longer be able to login to alexa.com without signing up for a brand new account. Also, when you cancel your subscription any paid features and tools will expire at the end of the current billing period.
