How do I delete my account?

Before we can delete your account, please make sure that you have already canceled your subscription(s). We offer detailed instructions on how to cancel here: How do I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to delete your account and do not have an active subscription, you can submit a support request.

If you would like to submit a deletion request under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you can submit a request here:

Note that upon account deletion, you will no longer be able to login to without signing up for a brand new account. Also, when you cancel your subscription any paid features and tools will expire at the end of the current billing period.
