Q: What happens after I submit my request?

A: Once we have verified and processed your request, you will receive instructions from us on how to access the data file prepared for you. You may be required to provide additional information to verify your identity before we will respond to your request for access or deletion. Please note that processing your request may take around 30 to 45 days from the date of your submission.

Q: Will I still have an account if I request to have my information deleted?

A: No. To retain your account, an email address and password are required. A request to delete your information submitted per the above will delete your email and password, resulting in the closure of your account.   Although a request to delete your information will close your account, users are welcome to register for a new account to access Alexa Internet’s products and tools via a simple registration process.
